📋 Description
• Manage the end-to-end contract process for vendor and customer agreements • Review, analyze, and summarize legal documents and agreements • Support contract governance, policy adherence, audit readiness, and compliance • Lead process improvement initiatives • Manage responses to internal and external contract-related information requests
🎯 Requirements
• BA/BS/MA or equivalent work experience • 5+ years of experience working with contracts • Experience reviewing, redlining, and interpreting legal documents • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to articulate business requirements and risk positions • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce, and contract management systems
