📋 Description

• Lead execution of account plans to secure organic revenue growth and margin improvements within existing customers • Build deep partnerships across FMCG and industrial sectors to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction • Coordinate with Design and Innovation teams to translate customer needs into tailored, sustainable packaging offerings • Manage account metrics and communicate precise sales volume and revenue forecasts via the CRM system • Work alongside regional sales networks and operations teams to maximise market opportunities and drive supply chain efficiencies • Manage an established portfolio of key customers across the Midlands and South West • Drive customer retention and growth through strategic account management and customer engagement • Travel regularly for client pitches, site visits, and internal stakeholder meetings across the UK

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success, knowledge, and experience in an Account Management role within FMCG • Packaging experience highly desirable • Full driving license • Ability to work independently and remotely with travel as needed • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills • Ability to deal with conflict and challenge both externally and internally • Experience analysing and initiating actions based on financial insights and understanding • Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders • Ability to deliver dynamic and professional presentations
