📋 Description

• Own the full new business sales cycle, from first engagement to negotiation and close • Build and execute outreach and sector strategies to develop pipeline • Engage senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders within target accounts • Work closely with BDRs, Marketing, Solutions Consultants and Product teams to influence opportunities • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles typically ranging from 3–9+ months • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and CRM hygiene • Represent EcoOnline at customer meetings, sector events and industry forums

🎯 Requirements

• Experience selling complex B2B SaaS solutions into large organisations • A track record of winning new business and consistently achieving quota • Strong discovery, qualification and negotiation skills • Ability to navigate enterprise structures and build multi-level relationships • Comfortable managing long, multi-phase sales cycles • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal • EHS or related domain experience is helpful but not essential.
