📋 Description

• Set the reliability standard across ElevenLabs' platforms • Design and run disaster recovery programmes, setting recovery targets and testing them regularly • Define SLAs and SLOs with each product team • Build tooling to track SLAs and SLOs by product and customer • Own detection, response, and learning from incidents • Design alerting, incident processes, post-mortems, and on-call processes • Build AI-assisted investigation and auto-resolution, including agent-led diagnosis and automated remediation • Embed with product teams to shape resilient architecture and engineering practices at scale

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience running production systems at scale as an SRE, infrastructure engineer, or similar • Track record of measurably improving reliability • Strong background in backend development • Experience solving reliability problems with code and automation • Experience owning incident response, on-call, and post-mortems • Experience driving fixes through to completion • Experience with observability and alerting • Experience defining and tracking SLOs or SLAs • Solid grounding in Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure • GCP and AWS preferred
