📋 Description

• Own the social content calendar across X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Discord for ElevenCreative and ElevenLabs, from planning through publishing • Coordinate with AI creative producers and product teams to capture screen recordings, motion demos, and feature walkthroughs • Record and edit content using tools such as Screen Studio, adding text and motion overlays and formatting content natively for each platform • Own and grow the Discord community, sparking conversation and surfacing feedback • Plan and execute social content for product launches, feature releases, and company moments • Collaborate with creator partnerships and community teams to source creator work, align campaigns, and amplify content • Monitor engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversion analytics to refine strategy • Track platform trends, algorithm changes, and cultural moments • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and quality bar across channels • Manage community engagement by responding to comments, surfacing feedback, and joining relevant conversations • Develop and iterate content formats that drive engagement and demonstrate product capabilities to creators and marketers

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts for a technology or creative tools company • Portfolio of work that can be shared • Ability to perform lightweight video editing, including assembling clips, adding text and motion overlays, and formatting content for different platforms • Comfortable recording and editing content using tools such as Screen Studio • Proven ability to write sharp, platform-native copy across X, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn • Fluency in social analytics and ability to translate platform dashboard insights into content decisions • Experience coordinating content across video, community, partnerships, and product marketing teams • Genuine understanding of the AI and creative tools landscape • Bonus: Experience managing social for a product used by creators and marketers • Bonus: Experience running or growing a Discord community • Bonus: Experience with social scheduling and management tools such as Sprout Social, Later, or Buffer • Bonus: Experience building a social presence from an early stage or leading a social rebrand • Multilingual capabilities are a bonus
