📋 Description

• Build and maintain strategic automations and standardized processes supporting trust and safety functions • Promote consistency and adoption of trust workflows across the organization • Partner with Engineering and Growth teams on trust infrastructure and operational effectiveness initiatives • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership • Deliver strategic insights, risk reporting, and actionable recommendations • Oversee analytics across trust functions • Identify risk patterns and areas for improvement • Build dashboards and insights informing policy decisions and operational improvements • Lead the design and management of dashboards, reports, and KPIs measuring trust and safety performance and impact • Collaborate across Product, Operations, Legal, Marketing, and Engineering to support responsible growth and operational integrity

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for responsible AI and building systems that protect users and maintain platform integrity • Strong work ethic and commitment to getting AI right • Analytical, first-principles approach and comfort navigating ambiguity and complex risk tradeoffs • Ability to deliver high-quality work quickly and take initiative • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex risk data into clear recommendations • 4+ years in Security, Trust & Safety Operations, or Risk Operations at a high-growth technology company • Proven track record building end-to-end solutions, from data collection and analysis through to execution • Experience working cross-functionally with Policy, Legal, or Safety teams • Highly adaptable with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement • Ability to work from a country in Europe
