• Act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve queries—whether related to stock shortages, pricing, forecasting, finance, or invoicing • Provide accurate and insightful sales reporting and data to support sales leads • Support sales leads through efficient PO creation, tracking, and management • Implement and maintain a streamlined documentation and filing system to keep everything running smoothly • Take ownership of retailer and vendor contract administration • Stay ahead of upcoming product launches and manage full Item & Product Setup Forms across retailer platforms • Oversee product copy translations for EU/ROW markets and ensure product images and assets meet retailer requirements • Coordinate the timely ordering of GWPs, samples, and product testers in line with budgets • Assist in setting up retailer meetings, including venue/room booking, catering arrangements, and room décor to ensure a polished, brand-right experience
• 2+ years of experience in sales, account coordination, or a similar role • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field • Exceptional administrative, organizational, and problem-solving abilities • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and juggle shifting priorities • Experience driving alignment across cross-functional teams and meeting deadlines • Strong communication and analytical skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Fluent in both the local language and English
