• Is humble: you minimize ego and are always open to feedback and learning opportunities. • Loves being an early sales team member: You love high-growth startups, or have thrived in a dynamic, low-structure environment. • Cares about the team: you prioritize the success of the company above all else, knowing that a rising tide lifts all boats. • Has a proven track record of enterprise-level selling: consistently meeting or exceeding quota with deal sizes in the six-figure plus range. • Is a consultative seller who can uncover pain points, craft solutions, and guide complex buying processes. • Has excellent communication skills and executive presence: able to engage effectively with C-level executives and guide complex decision-making processes. • Is comfortable collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations, giving feedback to shape product and go-to-market. • Self-starter: You excel in unstructured and rapidly changing environments, and you are able to achieve goals independently while supporting the team.
