📋 Description

• Take diagnostic ownership of checkout funnel health, surfacing alerts, insights, and defects before they become business-critical • Lead root-cause investigations distinguishing engineering defects from user-behavior patterns • Communicate findings clearly to relevant stakeholders • Support reporting to cross-functional teams, translating data into insights that improve authorization rate and conversion • Analyze authorization rate, decline codes, and multi-PSP performance to identify high-impact funnel bottlenecks • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Fraud on funnel issues and processor outages • Develop into a trusted point of contact for payment funnel health

🎯 Requirements

• Payments funnel literacy: interchange, decline codes, FX, tokenization, 3DS, fraud fundamentals • Demonstrated root-cause analysis on funnel drop-off or decline patterns — technical vs. behavioral • Able to translate complex data and customer-behavior insights for audiences without deep technical or domain context • SQL fluency for independent investigation • Self-serve BI/dashboard tool familiarity for personal investigation speed • Experience navigating ambiguity in a fast-changing or high-growth environment • Multi-PSP comparative analysis experience • Good English level required; proficiency preferred
