📋 Description

• Support Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes across the organisation while identifying and suggesting opportunities for process improvement • Oversee and ensure the proper implementation and maintenance of Role-Based Access Control • Contribute to the evaluation and selection of optimal tools and systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness • Provide internal support for tool and system issues through tickets, ensuring excellent customer service • Create, regularly review, and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance • Efficiently manage and complete assigned tasks and objectives to meet deadlines and performance standards • Engage with internal stakeholders to gather and respond to their requirements effectively • Enhance the experience of clients, colleagues, and stakeholders by practicing and promoting ENSEK’s values

🎯 Requirements

• Effectively organise and manage a clear workload to achieve goals • Eager to learn new skills and techniques in process and technical support • Skilled at creating and mapping Standard Operating Procedures for knowledge sharing • Ability to respond promptly to urgent tasks and issues • Demonstrates discretion and handles confidential information with sensitivity • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • A customer service-oriented attitude when addressing colleague issues • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team • Committed to taking pride in work and striving for excellence • Experience with administering various systems and tools (advantageous but not essential) • Understanding of Role-Based Access Control and the Principle of Least Privilege (advantageous but not essential)
