📋 Description

• Share responsibility for engineering delivery pipelines within the Workforce Technology Engineering organization • Partner with WTT Product to develop engineering roadmaps • Ensure operational health of technology solutions • Build and deliver technology solutions supporting 90,000+ employees • Lead technical strategy and architectural decisions for core customer service and internal business platforms • Design and implement scalable frontend and backend solutions • Create reusable technical designs for multiple teams • Drive adoption of emerging technologies that enhance customer experience • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver technical excellence • Mentor and grow senior technical talent across the organization • Communicate complex solutions to all levels, including the C-suite • Drive technical decisions at organizational scale

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience with the Microsoft product set across platform, endpoint and security • Significant experience of security technologies across the Microsoft stack, including MFA, SSO, MIM, and OTP • Strong general security background • Experience designing distributed systems and scalable architectures • Expertise in Azure and modern web technologies • Experience building high-throughput booking and endpoint systems and real-time services • Strong ability to bridge frontend and backend technical domains • Experience leading technical strategy and engineering decisions for core customer service and internal business platforms • Experience implementing comprehensive monitoring and security practices • Commitment to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills • Proven ability to influence and build consensus across teams • Experience mentoring senior engineers and building strong teams • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
