📋 Description

• Work across the whole stack, choosing the appropriate layer to solve problems • Design reusable patterns and abstractions that make future development more efficient • Identify and fix engineering root causes behind recurring problems, manual workarounds, and support load • Monitor production health and investigate noisy or breaking systems to implement durable fixes • Contribute to deployment pipelines and CI/CD when required • Use AI and automation to reduce team cycle time while maintaining quality, safety, and trust • Own outcomes end to end, from decisions through release and iteration • Surface trade-offs to the appropriate decision-makers • Collaborate across product, support, and non-technical stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Strong generalist comfortable working across the whole technology stack • Ability to select the appropriate layer to solve a problem • Experience designing reusable patterns and abstractions • Systems thinking and focus on root-cause resolution • Ability to own outcomes end to end and make sound decisions with incomplete information • Fluent use of AI in day-to-day work and sound judgment about automation • Strong communication skills across product, support, and non-technical stakeholders • Willingness to work across specialisms rather than remain narrowly focused
