📋 Description

• Accurately place orders into the system from customer-issued POs • Follow up on orders to ensure successful delivery within customer expectations • Lead open order management, ensuring orders are delivered to customers expediently and accurately • Confirm invoicing activity is timely and accurate • Take a proactive role in problem resolution at customer and supplier levels • Learn vendor supplier programs to source products at the most advantageous price to ePlus • Assist customers with returns issues, order inquiries, and other information requests • Develop relationships with sales, vendors, and internal departments • Assist with quoting • Offer add-on opportunities such as warranty uplifts, service agreements, accessories, or supplies • Use proper decorum in communications with internal and external customers • Handle projects and additional responsibilities as needed or assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of computers/networking and the IT industry as a whole • Excellent communication/phone skills are a must • Ability to prioritize and multitask is a must • Must be a team player with a positive attitude • Knowledge of Microsoft office suite of products is a must • 1+ years of sales or customer service experience • Ability to perform seated and occasional standing or walking activities
