📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day client relationship management and facilitate formal relationship governance, including regular service review meetings • Build and strengthen relationships with EQCR clients and optimise customer satisfaction • Support contracting, Statement of Work management, invoicing and license renewals • Manage client participation in vendor governance processes, including annual vendor questionnaires and infosec submissions • Identify and develop new revenue opportunities from existing clients, including professional services and complementary services • Act as the initial escalation route for client issues • Engage with client and internal EQ stakeholders to ensure solutions meet customers’ continuing business needs • Support the EQCR Consulting and Implementations management team with the overall delivery portfolio • Maintain EQCR Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery approaches and support annual testing • Lead internal improvement projects

🎯 Requirements

• Educated to degree level or equivalent, or demonstrate equivalent work experience • At least 1 year of experience within the IT sector • Experience in software implementations and support across SaaS and/or on-premise applications • Significant experience managing client relationships • Experience dealing with varied stakeholders, including senior C-Suite executives • Good knowledge of software delivery and support processes • Comfortable hosting and facilitating meetings with diverse stakeholder groups, remotely and in person • Excellent organisational skills and ability to handle multiple complex, concurrent requirements within agreed timescales • Good skills in MS Office • Knowledge of customer resolutions, complaints and remediation processes, regulations and operations is advantageous • Confident and engaging communicator across all organisational levels • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Ability to adapt to changing demands and balance time and priorities • Ability to manage multiple demanding requirements simultaneously • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail • Ability to understand problems holistically and communicate well-thought-out solutions • Ability to solve problems independently • Employment subject to satisfactory pre-employment screening checks
