📋 Description

• Lead project delivery, managing small teams to produce high-quality, insight-led outputs across electricity networks, markets, and energy systems • Engage clients effectively, acting as a trusted point of contact and communicating complex technical findings clearly to a range of stakeholders • Drive business development, contributing to and leading proposals, identifying new opportunities, and supporting growth of client relationships • Oversee technical analysis, including research, market assessment, and techno-economic modelling, ensuring rigour and consistency

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in the energy sector, with a focus on electricity networks and/or electricity markets • Demonstrated experience managing projects and leading small teams • Proven track record of contributing to or leading work winning and business development activities • Strong client-facing skills, including experience leading discussions and presenting to senior stakeholders • Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. engineering, physical sciences, economics) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Clear commitment to sustainability and the energy transition. • Experience with modelling tools and/or programming (e.g. Python) • Electrical engineering background or experience with power system analysis tools • Broader energy systems experience (e.g. hydrogen, heat, flexibility, whole-system analysis)
