📋 Description

• Own product work end to end, from understanding problems and selecting approaches to building, launching, measuring, and iterating • Use AI tools for research, analysis, prototyping, coding, and debugging • Identify high-value opportunities and design focused experiments to test assumptions • Define success metrics, analyze experiment outcomes, and decide whether to improve, expand, or stop shipped work • Work within a software engineering squad with leads, co-founders, designers, and engineers • Communicate progress and decisions to relevant stakeholders • Surface blockers quickly, challenge assumptions, and find alternative paths forward • Work directly with the Product Lead and Co-founder & CTO on a product used by more than 50 million people

🎯 Requirements

• Personally built and shipped a functional feature, experiment, prototype, workflow, or tool using AI coding tools • Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar AI coding tools are already part of everyday work • Experience using metrics, A/B tests, product experiments, data deep-dives, or lightweight user research to guide product decisions • Actively experiments with new AI tools and techniques independently • Comfortable with ambiguity and taking ownership from investigation through execution and learning • Effective collaboration with designers, engineers, and stakeholders • Fully fluent in English • Strong attention to user experience and product quality • Comfortable building products based on uncensored models and content • Preferred B2B contract arrangement and ability to work under a B2B contract in country of residence • Willingness to work in the adult/18+ AI companionship space
