📋 Description

• Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Marketing to understand business needs and define solution requirements. • Translate business requirements into clear user stories, functional specifications and process documentation. • Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, data engineers and technology partners to design scalable business solutions. • Analyse business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality and user experience. • Work with Information Systems, Security and Compliance teams to ensure solutions align with governance, security and data management standards. • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams, managing expectations and supporting successful delivery. • Produce and maintain high-quality documentation, including business requirements, process maps and functional specifications. • Use data and business insight to support decision-making and recommend continuous improvements across systems and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in business analysis, delivering system implementation or business process improvement initiatives • Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business and functional requirements • Strong understanding of CRM platforms, primarily Salesforce Clouds, and associated business processes • Demonstrated ability to analyse business processes and recommend practical improvements • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multiple business functions • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences • Experience producing high-quality business analysis artefacts, including process maps, user stories and functional specifications • Experience using reporting or business intelligence tools to analyse information and support decision-making
