📋 Description

• Strategic and operational development of a defined vendor portfolio with a focus on security solutions • Establishing, expanding and maintaining business relationships with vendors • Building and expanding customer relationships through partner identification, acquisition, enablement/support and development via targeted initiatives • Implementing go-to-market activities • Responsible for conducting webinars as well as sales and technical workshops • Monitoring key technologies and market trends in the security domain • Training sales staff and business partners • Developing and implementing sales initiatives and new marketing/commercialization opportunities in close coordination with the sales team • Close collaboration with the marketing department to execute joint campaigns • Solution-oriented product and pricing positioning • Ensuring the interface with the technical department and close cooperation with the presales team • Preparing business plans and quarterly reporting • Defining, implementing and monitoring vendor targets • Tracking and enforcing forecast targets

🎯 Requirements

• A completed university degree or a commercial vocational qualification • Several years of practical experience in a comparable position • Knowledge of IT vendors/manufacturers, ideally in the cybersecurity domain • Fluent German and good command of English, both written and spoken • Structured working style • Ability to work independently and take ownership • Strong project management skills with a high level of responsibility and flexibility • Convincing presentation, communication and facilitation skills, both verbal and written • Confident use of MS Office applications, in particular Excel and PowerPoint • Confident negotiator with strong teamwork skills • Flexibility for significant travel
