📋 Description

• Lead and scale Project Operations activity within the Deployment organization • Supervise and support the Project Operations team, focusing on structure, delivery excellence, and future growth • Oversee customer projects from design with clients through installation, system commissioning, and handover to Maintenance • Ensure milestones, customer expectations, safety, quality, timing, and financial targets are met • Supervise on-site safety procedures and ensure Exotec standards and processes are followed by internal teams, subcontractors, and external partners • Build, structure, grow, and ensure the success of the Project Operations team while conveying Exotec’s culture • Collaborate with Project Integration on project studies • Interface between Deployment, R&D, Maintenance, Sales, subcontractors, and customers • Structure, organize, and continuously improve deployment processes • Support Sales during offer validation, client meetings, and early project discussions to ensure operational feasibility and delivery alignment • Travel domestically within the United Kingdom and potentially internationally

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a similar leadership role, including people management • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant field • Previous experience managing complex and technical projects, ideally in warehouse automation, robotics, logistics, industrial automation, material handling, intralogistics, or supply chain environments • Strong knowledge of safety, quality, contractor coordination, and site delivery requirements for complex deployment or installation environments • Experience delivering complex automation, industrial, construction, or technical projects under CDM 2015 regulations would be highly valuable • Strong leadership, customer service, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and integrate new tools and processes with ease • Fluent, client-facing English communication skills, with the ability to represent Exotec confidently with UK-based customers and partners • Domestic travel within the United Kingdom and potential international travel
