📋 Description
• Specializing in the end-to-end lifecycle of business partnerships. • Manages both Pre-Sales acquisition and Post-Sales account management. • Identifying high-quality professionals through a rigorous selection process. • Ensures successful integration of new partners into the platform. • Monitors the health of active accounts within the Success Team framework. • Addresses partner needs before they escalate into friction points. • Identifying and resolving obstacles for inactive accounts to bring qualified professionals back into the active network.
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ year outbound sales or tele-sales experience, preferably remote. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Attention to detail and ability to multitask. • Comfortable with CRM and remote collaboration tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, Salesforce, ZenDesk).
