📋 Description

• Direct alliance teams participating in investment programs and manage approvals across GCO, Independence and Alliance Leadership • Oversee execution of investment programs in accordance with EY Policy • Coordinate with regions and countries leveraging existing programs to ensure proper contracts and financial mechanisms are in place • Oversee GDS resources providing reporting and transaction-level support • Ensure the Ecosystem Tool is up to date and accurate for managing alliance and ecosystem activity • Coordinate with Independence on transaction-level reviews and compliance • Promote the benefits of investment programs to enable appropriate usage across EY • Establish new programs, extend programs into new countries and regions, and monitor approved activity to minimize risk • Coordinate virtually with global team members and travel as required

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in alliance management or consulting services for a technology or professional services company • Experience in alliance investment or incentive programs • Ability to manage contract management, financial management, governance oversight and operational support activities • Strong relationship-building, networking and influence-management skills • Highly credible communication skills • Excellent organization and project management skills • Ability to work independently while communicating progress and challenges • Comfortable escalating complex issues with recommendations to leadership • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across multiple projects • Ability to adapt to different personalities, cultures and working styles • Basic understanding of the technology and business benefits of alliance and ecosystem relationships
