📋 Description

• Lead design across brand campaigns, feature launches, in-product and always-on marketing • Protect and iterate the Casino visual identity and design system, including typography, colour, layout, imagery and iconography principles • Direct and review the team's work, providing actionable feedback • Collaborate with Product Design and Brand to maintain visual coherence across marketing and in-app experiences • Art-direct external photographers, illustrators, motion studios and retouchers • Present design work to senior leadership and explain the rationale • Ensure design supports responsible gaming through legible disclaimers, discoverable responsible-gaming messaging, and clarity about odds, value and offer contents • Learn every brand surface, evolve brand expression, and improve output and process quality during the first 90 days

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in design across brand and digital, including at least 2 years owning a conceptual design function • Portfolio demonstrating system thinking and standout individual pieces • Expert-level Figma • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills • Ability to art-direct motion and 3D convincingly • Ability to run several workstreams simultaneously • Collaborative presence across marketing, product and commercial teams • Experience in iGaming, sportsbook, gaming or entertainment (bonus) • Experience scaling a design system across multiple markets or regulatory regimes (bonus) • Experience building an in-house studio from the ground up (bonus)
