• I am Florian Sommer, an independent recruitment consultant, and I am looking to expand my talent pool with great project management talent. • If you work in the HR field and are looking for new opportunities or are simply curious about which positions might await you, I look forward to hearing from you!

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree or relevant experience in Human Resources • Several years of experience in HR, whether in recruiting, personnel management, HR strategy, or similar roles • Strong communication skills and a professional presence • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social networks • A proactive and motivated attitude • Very good German and preferably good English skills (not mandatory)
