📋 Description

• Act as the primary person in the assessment and approval of budgets for UK and US Clinical Research Units Services • Ensure pricing packages are approved and delivered to clients on time • Check budgets and financial calculations for accuracy • Review margins • Advise Sales and Client Managers on client pricing negotiations, discount guidance and authorizations • Build and maintain internal costing models and tools • Develop commercial data pricing analysis for insights into Fortrea's commercial engine • Support commercial, sales, RFI responses and Clinical teams with data analytics and reporting • Gather, interpret and analyze data from multiple systems for client-facing requests, especially Requests for Information

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Business or Life Sciences • Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial budgeting, pricing, margin analysis, proposals or contracts • Previous experience in the clinical research sector is a plus • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must-have • Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau and Power BI is beneficial • Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, changing-priorities environment • Excellent communication and presentation abilities • Skilled at building rapport through diplomacy and tact
