β’ Support delivery of high-quality, high-impact interventions across the FFA programmatic offer, including work experience, insight days and school talks β’ Work closely with programme teams to support delivery and coordination of programmatic activities β’ Support stakeholders, including employers providing work experience programmes β’ Support delivery of work experience virtually and in person β’ Share best practice with the delivery team β’ Maintain understanding of virtual technologies used in activity delivery β’ Support and cover Customer Support colleagues as required β’ Respond to work experience placement enquiries from schools and students via email and telephone β’ Provide on-demand technical support to stakeholders during activities β’ Follow work experience delivery processes using in-house software and external partner systems β’ Facilitate programmatic activity as determined by the Delivery Partner Manager β’ Coordinate defined delivery partner elements of FFA interventions β’ Follow manual programme delivery processes and update systems β’ Input new CRM data and maintain existing placement and contact records β’ Adhere to data compliance standards and best practices β’ Ensure safeguarding best practice in organisational activity β’ Represent and work to Futures For All's values
β’ Experience in a similar delivery-focussed role within a small, fast-paced organisation β’ Experience using Microsoft packages, including Outlook β’ Experience of using CRM software β’ Good customer service skills that mean queries are answered professionally and clearly β’ Excellent organisation skills and ability to learn quickly β’ Flexibility and willingness to support varied team tasks β’ Ability to clearly communicate with students β’ Sociable and confident, with ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders β’ Ability to organise workload and drive work forward independently β’ Ability to think strategically and change tactics while meeting larger objectives β’ Right to work in the UK β’ Successful applicants subject to a DBS check β’ Desirable: Experience of working in programme support in education charities β’ Desirable: Experience of supporting young people via charity programmes β’ Desirable: Experience of using Google Classrooms β’ Desirable: Experience of using Salesforce
