• Handling inside and field sales activities • Advising customers on hardware and software • Preparing quotes in close cooperation with the technical team • Recording and taking ownership of customer inquiries • Developing and implementing sales strategies in coordination with management
🎯 Requirements
• Completed vocational training as an IT systems salesperson (IT-Systemkaufmann) or equivalent qualification • Experience with MS Office products as well as hardware and software knowledge (e.g., server/storage, networking, cloud) • Ideally, experience with ERP (inventory/warehouse management) and ticketing systems • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working • Teamwork, initiative and strong communication skills • Valid driving license (Class B) • German language skills at least C1 level (CEFR)
