📋 Description

• Design new features and products with teams across the business • Solve problems and deliver outcomes for customers • Own software features from start to finish • Proactively iterate on features as the business changes • Build new features for in-house tools used by operations teams • Improve internal tools to support operations teams serving customers and mortgage brokers

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience building full-stack web applications • Familiarity with Ruby, TypeScript and React preferred • Experience with Postgres or another relational database • Experience with informal domain modelling to turn ideas into working systems • Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes and Python are nice to have, but not essential • CV and brief cover letter required • Ability to participate in a first-stage competency video interview, second-stage on-site values interview, and final call with a Chief
