📋 Description

• Join the Gener8 team and support the growth of brand partnerships on the Gener8 Rewards platform. • Work closely with the Affiliate Partnerships Manager for outreach, pitching, and selling CPA campaigns. • Identify new partners, run outreach sequences, negotiate placements, and support partner relationships. • Gain hands-on experience with well-known brands while having the autonomy to own projects.

🎯 Requirements

• - **Hybrid working:** 2 days per week in our London office, 3 days remote. • - Minimum **2+ years’ experience** in a partnerships, affiliate, or commercial **sales-focused** role. • - **Experience running affiliate programmes**, with a focus on **selling CPA campaigns** to brands and agencies • - **Proven outbound outreach and sales experience** — confidently pitching, negotiating, and closing CPA or tenancy deals. • - Comfortable working **independently and proactively**, while collaborating with the wider team. • - **Strong copywriting skills** for persuasive outreach, pitches, and partner communication. • - **Excellent communication skills**, both written and verbal. • - **Analytical mindset** with the ability to interpret performance data and support commercial decisions. • - Strong **multitasking and organisational skills** to manage multiple active conversations and pipelines.
