• Prospecting and acquiring new customers • Identifying suitable target accounts within the specialist trade • Initial telephone outreach and in-person consultation meetings • Preparing tailored proposals and conducting negotiations • Managing and strategically expanding existing customer relationships • Demonstrating solutions on construction sites and delivering training • Organizing the sales week and maintaining the customer database • Supporting development and product teams with market feedback
• Experience in sales, ideally in new customer acquisition or technical field sales • Enjoyment of practical work and technical aptitude – ideally initial exposure to construction technology, trades/craftsmanship, or surveying • Valid Class B driving licence (car) and willingness to be on the road daily for fieldwork • Empathy, strong closing skills and the ability to excite trade partners and end users about products and solutions • Self-initiative, ambition and discipline – you work independently, are resilient and aren’t deterred by a “no” • Strong communication skills and business-level German (spoken and written) • Result-oriented with motivation to exceed targets and celebrate successes
