📋 Description

• Build and scale the modern B2B GTM engine • Identify buying signals and translate them into automated GTM actions • Automate account and contact data enrichment, as well as ICP fit and intent evaluation • Automate highly personalized, data- and signal-driven outbound campaigns • Intelligently prioritize and route leads and accounts based on fit, intent, and engagement • Build workflows and data flows between the CRM and GTM stack • Develop and scale automations using Clay, n8n, APIs, and webhooks • Rapidly implement and measure experiments, and systematize successful approaches

🎯 Requirements

• Have independently built comparable GTM infrastructure • Several years of experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, RevOps, or a comparable B2B environment • Extensive experience with Clay, n8n, and modern GTM tools • Technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, data structures, and CRM systems • Experience with enrichment, scoring, routing, and automated campaigns • Strong commercial acumen, with a focus on optimizing pipeline, conversion, and revenue • Excellent German and English language skills
