📋 Description

• Provide critical and time-bound services to the Ministry of Justice • Make a difference to the sites and the people we are responsible for • Line manage a large team of experienced site-based administrators • Support senior leaders with your eye for detail and broad range of knowledge • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Experience using a variety of IT systems including CAFM • IT skills to Superuser level and ideally should be competent in IT training • Experience in a busy office environment • Confidence to assist in the training of new managers and act as the central point of contact regarding matters connected with administration including HR, H&S and compliance related matters for new or recently promoted Site managers • Experience as a superuser/auditor for various IT platforms such as Planet FM, CEMAR, Track Record, G suite, Blink, Opus, Eco Online, Oracle and have the ability to deliver and develop training to user groups within the region • The ability and flexibility to travel across the region with overnight stays as required by business need
