📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation, including proofs of value • Drive technical evaluations as the directly responsible individual, including solution design, POC/POV ownership, workshops, tenders, audits, and value stream assessments • Collaborate with New Business Account Executives and regional EMEA sales teams on account strategies • Build relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders • Guide customers through GitLab-driven digital transformation • Advise on modern software development, CI, CD, security, and cloud practices • Represent customer feedback, use cases, and competitive insights to Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing • Maintain expertise in GitLab, DevSecOps, AI, and cloud technologies • Create reusable examples, best-practice guidance, and technical collateral • Invest in ongoing learning, mentorship, and knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• Experience engaging with customers in technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar roles • Proficiency with the end-to-end software development lifecycle • Knowledge of modern DevSecOps practices and CI/CD workflows • Hands-on experience with GitLab or comparable source control, CI/CD, and collaboration platforms • Practical knowledge of cloud computing concepts and related technologies • Ability to lead proofs of concept or proofs of value, tenders, audits, workshops, and value stream assessments • Clear technical communication and presentation skills • Ability to build trusted relationships and advocate for customers • Motivation to continuously develop professionally
