• You manage the daily operations at the Kronprinzenbau: appointment scheduling, patient flow and capacity utilization — structured, solution-oriented and closely integrated with the team. • You are responsible for staff rostering for our MFA (medical assistants) and practice team: duty rosters, cover arrangements and vacation planning. • You coordinate facility management, cleaning, equipment management (MTK/STK) and regulatory compliance. • You are responsible for procurement of medical devices, practice supplies and consumables. • You handle administrative tasks that require attention but do not need to reach the leadership desk. • You act discreetly and reliably and resolve issues before they escalate. • You are the link between the Kronprinzenbau and the GoMedicus headquarters: you ensure information is delivered, requests are processed and projects do not remain siloed. • You support preparation of reports, analyses and presentations for executive management. • You actively contribute when additional regional sites are consolidated into the hub or when new care services are introduced: checklists, communication and coordination. • You have a good sense for how an effective practice runs. • You support quality assurance measures and make the appropriate initial decisions in the event of complaints or special cases. • You understand the particularities of everyday practice life and respond proactively.
• Experience in practice management, medical/clinic assistance, health administration or a comparable role in the healthcare sector • Familiarity with the day-to-day operations of a physician’s office, an MVZ (medical care center), practice network or similar structures • Strong organizational skills, self-initiative and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously • Strong communication skills in interactions with physicians, MFAs, patients and administrative staff • Down-to-earth, pragmatic approach: you are not just a theorist but someone who gets things done • Fluent in German • Residence in the Neckar‑Alb region (Tübingen / Reutlingen / surrounding area) or willingness to relocate
