• Manage careers and influencer portfolios for content creators • Help creators grow their audience and monetize their content • Negotiate deals with brands and record labels • Develop content strategies for clients • Scout and sign new creators • Build and nurture relationships with brands and agencies • Book talent for influencer marketing campaigns • Collaborate with internal teams on company strategy and talent roster expansion • Work independently and remotely while managing own schedule
🎯 Requirements
• Familiarity with large social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work autonomously and drive your own agenda • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Resume and cover letter detailing experience and qualifications • Bonus: experience with talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies • Must be a manager based in Canada / one of the best managers Canada has to offer
