📋 Description

• Drive initial outbound sales motion. • Engage and educate new customers on climate management and decarbonization platform. • Combine data-driven approach with a strong work ethic to build a pipeline. • Understand and educate customers on climate strategy business drivers. • Solve problems creatively and find new avenues to engage customers. • Develop expertise in climate and customers' operations.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or sales development with a consistent record of over-achievement. • The customers you've worked with would have only outstanding things to say about you. • Creatively and independently solve problems, communicate clearly, and not afraid to ask for help when needed. • Pragmatic optimist eager to grow personally and professionally. • Believe biggest challenges are also biggest opportunities. • Nice to have: expertise in corporate decarbonization efforts, experience working at a startup or fast-paced organization, comfort selling or upselling software to enterprise customers, knowledge of industrial customers' systems and emissions profiles.
