📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth and market share • Own pipeline generation, forecasting, and enterprise deal execution; meet ARR and new logo targets • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders • Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales strategies with organizational goals

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise sales leadership with complex B2B pursuits to C‑suite procurement/finance/IT stakeholders • Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills • An understanding of the procurement technology and services landscape • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Willingness to travel as required (est 25-40%) • English and German language professional fluency, additional European languages a plus.
