📋 Description

• You manage and develop your customers in line with established company objectives and implement region-specific sales promotion measures • You acquire new customers while considering profitability and continuously identifying market potential • You provide professional advice on sales promotion materials while adhering to Quality Group's financial guidelines and continuously monitoring market changes and competitors

🎯 Requirements

• You have experience in field sales, sales, or the food retail sector. • Ideally, you have completed a commercial (business) apprenticeship • You communicate strongly, negotiate confidently, and enjoy networking • You enjoy working with KPIs, selling, and are enthusiastic about our products • You are confident with digital media and like contributing new ideas • You hold a driver's license (Class B), are willing to travel and flexible regarding residence location
