📋 Description

• Partner with SMEs, leadership, and stakeholders to identify training needs and define learning objectives • Create multimedia aspects of training content such as gamification techniques, video, audio, infographics, handouts, and instructional guides • Manage course updates, 508 compliance, and version control to ensure accuracy and accessibility • Develop and implement methods to measure training effectiveness • Analyze feedback and data to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field • 3-5 years of experience designing and developing a variety of learning solutions • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Experience designing and developing with Articulate 360, or similar software • Proficiency with learning management systems such as UKG Learning LMS or similar platforms • Exceptional instructional design skills • Effective and appropriate written and verbal communication skills in a business environment
