📋 Description
• Utilize proven instructional design methodologies to create learning solutions • Apply adult learning theory and industry-recognized instructional design models • Design, develop, and maintain training content using various delivery modes • Conduct needs analyses for development of training goals and objectives • Create and manage development timelines and milestones
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Instructional Design • 4+ years’ experience in training and development or instructional design • Advanced technical writing and editing skills • Ability to author and edit content utilizing tools including Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate • Experience with Learning Management Systems
