📋 Description

• Lead and manage the credit control process across the firm • Drive timely collection of outstanding debts and reduce aged WIP and debt • Review, map and improve existing credit control workflows and templates • Introduce practical process improvements, reporting and controls • Work closely with Finance Partners, fee earners and senior stakeholders • Support a professional, client-focused approach to debt recovery

🎯 Requirements

• Immediately available • Proven credit control management experience, ideally within a professional services or legal environment • Tech-savvy and confident using finance systems, reporting tools and process automation • Process-driven, proactive and able to identify and implement improvements quickly • Professional, resilient and appropriately assertive in stakeholder and client communications • Able to provide strong, relevant client references • Outside IR35, subject to status
