📋 Description

• Source and engage high-quality FinTech candidates across the EU and UK markets • Manage key stages of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and candidate qualification • Conduct structured candidate interviews to assess experience, motivation, and cultural fit • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of FinTech talent for current and upcoming roles • Collaborate closely with the HHHub team on active search projects and hiring strategies • Provide insights into candidate availability, salary expectations, and market trends • Maintain high standards of candidate experience and communication throughout the hiring process

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within FinTech, payments, or financial services • Strong experience in direct sourcing and LinkedIn outreach • Experience working with EU and/or UK hiring markets • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) • Proficiency in the local market language or Russian considered an advantage • Ability to work independently and manage recruitment pipelines effectively • Strong networking and relationship-building skills • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Proactive and results-driven mindset • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently and take ownership of recruitment processes • A collaborative approach and commitment to the candidate experience
