📋 Description

• Collaborate with sales to understand clients’ security challenges, objectives, and infrastructure requirements • Conduct technical discussions, product demonstrations, and presentations for prospective clients • Architect customized AI security solutions using cybersecurity principles, AI technologies, and industry best practices • Lead proof-of-concept projects to validate solution effectiveness and feasibility • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, troubleshooting, deployment, and integration assistance • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal stakeholders • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and research on field feedback, product enhancements, and roadmap development • Monitor AI security market trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a pre-sales or post-sales solution architecture role • Proficiency with Linux, including GNU and Bash • Moderate to advanced cloud experience, including hands-on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience • Python programming experience • Experience building advanced AI workflows with tools such as LangChain and LangGraph • Experience with MLOps tools/environments • Proficiency articulating technical concepts and value propositions to technical and non-technical audiences • Experience conducting product demonstrations, proof of concepts (PoCs), and technical presentations • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Willingness to travel as needed to client sites and industry events
