📋 Description
• Support older people to remain safe, happy and independent in their own homes • Provide companionship • Provide personal care • Prepare meals • Support with medication • Assist with shopping and errands • Support clients to access the community • Help clients maintain independence and dignity • Build meaningful relationships and provide person-centred care • Work evening shifts from 4:15pm to 10:00pm • Work the specified alternating weekly pattern • Work as part of a supportive local team
🎯 Requirements
• A driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential • Must have the right to work in the UK • Satisfactory pre-employment checks • DBS enhanced disclosure • Kind and compassionate • Reliable and committed • Warm and personable • Good communicators • Passionate about supporting older people • Able to work independently and as part of a team • Must commit to regular and reliable working patterns • Must include a Friday in the working pattern • Week 2 must include Saturday and Sunday • No sponsorship available
