📋 Description

• Provide companionship and meaningful interaction • Support with personal care • Medication prompting and support • Prepare meals • Support clients with daily routines • Perform light housekeeping • Support clients to attend appointments and social activities • Help clients maintain their independence and quality of life • Deliver personalised, relationship-led home care to older adults in their own homes • Work across Loughborough, Coalville and surrounding Charnwood villages • Participate in set interview days if selected

🎯 Requirements

• Caring, compassionate and reliable • Experience in the care sector • Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care • Ability to work flexibly, including mornings, evenings and weekends • Legally able to work in the UK • Already living locally within Loughborough, Leicester or Leicestershire • Driver with access to a reliable vehicle • Suitable candidates must already be in the UK and locally based in Leicestershire for sponsorship transfer • Sponsorship transfer only; overseas applicants are not eligible
