📋 Description

• Lead and execute technological projects for GSA, regional, and local customers, including audits, migrations, commissioning, and TCO/Value Advantage analysis • Align with local sales management and drive commercial outcomes • Introduce and manage innovations, product swaps, and new technologies to grow NPI and NTW sales • Deliver technical training to customers, TAMs, and sales teams • Act as technical authority for Sales, Engineering, and Laboratory teams • Solve high-pressure production issues in Food & Beverage processes • Conduct market and competitor analysis, customer segmentation, and white-spot identification • Build relationships with authorities, control bodies, and industry associations to support regulatory alignment • Execute the KBS catalogue to deliver consistent, differentiated Knowledge-Based Solutions • Influence operational efficiency, food safety, commercial growth, and strategic decisions across Benelux, UKI, and Scandinavia

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in chemistry, chemical processing, food processing, microbiology, or similar (University of Applied Sciences / Professional Bachelor) • Proven experience in the Food & Beverage industry with strong technical credibility • Demonstrated project management capability in complex, multi-stakeholder environments • Strong analytical thinking and ability to understand and optimise customer processes • Excellent communication skills across operators, site management, and procurement • High resilience, flexibility, and readiness to work in demanding production environments involving heat/cold, humidity, noise, and chemicals • Fluent English; French or Dutch is an advantage • Digital proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and operate with professional authority • Willingness and ability to travel 60–80% across the UK, Netherlands, Belgium, and Nordics
