📋 Description

• Organize and oversee multi-project management for new initiatives • Actively support project implementation • Manage multiple concurrent projects (classic/waterfall and agile) • Act as the central point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and steering committees • Analyze existing processes and develop practical, hands-on solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum three years of professional experience in the energy sector • University degree (e.g., industrial engineering or business administration) or commercial vocational training with further qualification in business management • Ability to work independently and apply pragmatic solutions • German language skills at least at C1 level; good English skills are an advantage • Willingness to travel occasionally
