📋 Description

• Lead Huron's Workday Application Managed Services offering end to end • Direct teams supporting more than 50 clients across higher education, research, nonprofit, healthcare, manufacturing, investment, and professional services organizations • Set delivery quality standards across clients and employees • Ensure delivery of more than 1,400 cases annually with more than 140 consultants contributing • Oversee post-production enhancements, release management, functional and technical issue resolution, and application optimization • Drive business development, AMS pursuits, cross-selling, and revenue growth • Advance statements of work, pricing structures, scope assumptions, renewals, and AMS offering development • Build people and leadership capability through coaching, team development, and leadership by example • Manage AMS staffing, skills, capacity, and recruiting according to client and portfolio needs • Oversee operational systems, reporting, and AMS-specific processes across ServiceNow, UET, Salesforce, and Workday • Refine the AMS methodology, operating model, and scalable delivery practices • Lead strategic initiatives in AI enablement, automation, delivery efficiency, and margin improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Experience or qualifications sufficient to lead Workday Application Managed Services (AMS) business and delivery • Ability to direct teams supporting more than 50 clients across multiple industries • Expertise in post-production Workday services, including enhancements, release management, functional and technical issue resolution, and application optimization • Business development, AMS pursuits, cross-selling, revenue growth, statements of work, pricing structures, scope assumptions, renewals, and offering development • People leadership, coaching, team development, staffing, skills, capacity, and recruiting • Experience overseeing operational systems, reporting, and AMS processes across ServiceNow, UET, Salesforce, and Workday • Ability to lead AI enablement, automation, delivery efficiency, and margin improvement initiatives
