📋 Description

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and lead qualification within the German-speaking market. • Provide exceptional sales service and client management, maintaining a high standard of delivery across all accounts. • Utilize Salesforce and Salesloft to manage pipelines, track activity, and optimize the sales cycle. • Multitask effectively between business development activities and strategic account management duties. • Consistently meet and exceed KPIs related to meeting generation, pipeline contribution, and client satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level fluency in German and professional proficiency in English. • Currently based in the UK or Europe with a compatible timezone. • Proven experience in a sales, account management, or delivery-focused role. • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Immediate availability to start. • A resilient, ambitious personality with a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Nice-to-Haves • Prior experience in Sales Development (SDR/BDR) within the SaaS or Engineering sectors. • Strong background in customer service or professional client management. • Familiarity with sales acceleration methodologies.
