📋 Description

• Assist customers in conducting thorough analyses of their Web3 assets, evaluate their security postures, and assess associated risks • Advise on optimal configurations for risk monitoring tools • Develop comprehensive monitoring and response plans covering preventive measures, detection techniques, and incident response strategies • Maintain continuous communication with customers, keeping them informed of potential security issues and shifts in the threat landscape • Work with technology and ecosystem partners on joint integrations and solutions that support customer environments • Deliver security training and enablement sessions to client teams, from technical staff to non-technical stakeholders • Support Sales on professional services scoping, proposals, and technical positioning • Configure and customize the Hypernative platform for each customer's environment, including custom rules, integrations, and Python scripting • Provide hands-on support to ensure security practices integrate cleanly with existing workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field • In-depth understanding of Web3 technologies, decentralized systems, and blockchain security concepts • Advanced understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and industry standards as they apply to digital assets and blockchain technologies • Working proficiency in Python for scripting, integrations, and custom monitoring logic • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, including with external partners • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences • Proven track record of effective customer-facing engagements, with patience, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude
