📋 Description

• Own AMOS governance, ensuring standardisation, compliance, and audit readiness. • Manage AMOS functionality and adaptations, including planning, testing, and deployment across the organisation. • Act as the primary liaison with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services, updates, and issue resolution. • Continuously optimise AMOS to meet evolving business requirements. • Provide hands-on support to key users and administrators, addressing technical issues promptly. • Ensure AMOS is configured correctly and operating efficiently to meet organisational needs. • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, coordinating with vendors and internal teams as needed. • Deliver training and create documentation to enhance user understanding and adoption. • Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth user transition to new systems and workflows. • Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in application management or enterprise system administration (preferably AMOS or similar systems). • Strong understanding of system configuration, release management, and vendor coordination. • Experience in user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. • Knowledge of change management and training delivery. • Familiarity with compliance, audit processes, and IT governance. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
